📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting and tax team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Experience with SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the food industry is a plus.
