📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the finance team in data entry and reconciliation tasks.
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department.
  • Collaborate with international clients and partners using Mandarin.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial skills.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and Mandarin languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial regulations.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
