As the Head of Organizational & People Development, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive training programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with department heads to align people development strategies with business objectives, utilizing tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams for seamless execution. This role offers substantial growth opportunities and the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement innovative people development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Work closely with department heads to align people development strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams for efficient program execution and communication.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Drive organizational growth by identifying and developing high-potential employees.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful people development programs.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employee relations best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
