📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily branch operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.,Participate in sales meetings and contribute to branch performance targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or branch management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
