As a Part-Time Speech Therapist at EcoSocio Tech School, you will work closely with students to develop and implement personalized speech therapy plans. You will conduct assessments, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to help students improve their communication skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify individual needs and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized speech therapy plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help students improve their communication skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in speech therapy.
• Document all therapy sessions and student progress in a secure electronic health record system.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing speech therapy services to children and adults.
• Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) from the Indonesian Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ISHA).
• Proficiency in using speech therapy software such as SpeechPath and Praat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple therapy sessions and student records effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive school culture.
