📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate outreach, and onboarding.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology or related industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
