📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement population health strategies and programs.,Conduct data analysis to identify health trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with healthcare providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.,Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure they meet established goals.,Assist in the development of budgets and reports for program funding and evaluation.,Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in population health.,Represent NHG Population Health at conferences, workshops, and other professional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in population health management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of population health principles and practices.,Experience in data analysis and program evaluation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with health information systems and software is a plus.
