Gold Space Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our human resources strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, discipline, and grievance management.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
