📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.,Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.,Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel on HSE matters.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Investigate and manage HSE incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.,Foster a culture of safety and sustainability through training, communication, and engagement activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful HSE program implementation and continuous improvement.,Strong technical knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using HSE management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
