📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Ensure efficient use of kitchen equipment and resources.,Monitor food quality and consistency.,Follow health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with food handling and storage procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in cooking and food preparation.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to undergo food safety training and certification.
