📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the production department to ensure efficient and timely completion of production targets.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and skills.,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal departments such as quality assurance, purchasing, and logistics.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues and implement solutions.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and components.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the production industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team to achieve targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the production environment.
