📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned stores, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store meets all regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.,Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and presents a professional image to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Experience in inventory management and merchandising strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
