📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with documentation management systems is a plus.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
