📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze client requirements and develop customized IT solutions using tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and implementation of our solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer innovative solutions to our clients.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, including recommendations and implementation plans.
• Participate in sales activities, such as proposal writing and client presentations, to support our sales team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT solutions and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a technical consulting role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Certifications in IT-related fields, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or SAP Certified Application Associate, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for client interactions and documentation.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
