📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Monitor sales performance and set achievable targets for the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Represent the company at various events and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
