📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of project plans, including market research, client proposals, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including press releases, brochures, and social media content.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in the organization and execution of client events and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
