📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute brand identity strategies for our clients, including logo design, color schemes, and typography.
• Create visually compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and digital ads, that align with client brand guidelines.
• Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including websites, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with our team of copywriters, researchers, and strategists to ensure that our designs effectively communicate our clients' messages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, and incorporate new techniques into our creative process.
• Present your work to clients and stakeholders, and provide constructive feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Manage your own workload and meet project deadlines, while contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute your creative ideas to develop innovative solutions for our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in brand and visual design.
• Proven experience working on both print and digital design projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software, such as Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of brand identity principles, including logo design, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
