📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic sales plans.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that sales targets are achieved.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build and maintain relationships.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services to key clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and client relationship management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and industry best practices.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
