📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle deployments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel purchases to optimize costs.
• Track and maintain vehicle insurance and registration documents.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.
• Generate and analyze fleet performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized fleet office, including records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
