Sumber Putri Bakery is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Sanur. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.
