Hokian Maya Medical Center is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
