Sentral Dewi Mart is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Klaten. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Klaten and remotely, providing flexibility and the opportunity to manage multiple locations effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in retail management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits and meetings.
