Resto Cahya Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Ubud. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure successful implementation of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
