📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the implementation of industrial engineering projects aimed at improving production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct process analysis and optimization using tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior industrial engineers and production staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a proven track record in manufacturing environments.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related industrial engineering discipline is a plus.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly lines, continuous production, and batch production.
• Proficient in using industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
