PT Akasia Property is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Distribution Officer to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our properties to potential buyers and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution of properties to potential buyers.,Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and market trends.,Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective distribution strategies.,Maintain and update the company's property database.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or distribution role, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian real estate market.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
