📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to a high standard, including regular servicing and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure that all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure that delivery schedules are met and that customer satisfaction is high.,Provide training and support to the fleet drivers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs effectively.,Analyze and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that all fleet documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including vehicle logs, maintenance records, and insurance documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in a relevant field, such as transportation management, logistics, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems, including GPS tracking and telematics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Experience in managing a team of drivers and ensuring that they adhere to safety regulations.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
