📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales counter team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Handle product demonstrations and provide accurate information about our products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Train and develop new sales staff to ensure high performance.,Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback to the team.,Assist in marketing activities and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
