This is a full-time position based in Balikpapan, with a competitive salary package of Rp 23.000.000 – Rp 30.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the daily security operations of the facility.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.
  • Train and mentor junior security personnel to ensure the highest standards of security are maintained.
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid security guard certification or license.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work long hours when necessary.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.
