📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest requests and ensure timely delivery of services
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
• Organize and execute special events and activities for guests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and common areas
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting guest needs
• Manage inventory of guest amenities and ensure they are well-stocked
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related field
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a high-end setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Knowledge of luxury hotel operations and guest experience management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
