📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operate and maintain various types of machinery, including but not limited to, welding machines, painting equipment, and assembly tools.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of our services by following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust machinery settings to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report any machinery issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with various types of machinery used in the automotive industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Willingness to undergo training and certification programs as required.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
