As an Outlet Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our café in Bali, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience. You’ll manage a team of 10-15 staff, oversee inventory, train employees, and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.
• Train and develop a team of 10-15 staff members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions and social media engagement.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure the café is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to align with company goals and initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, such as Square or Toast, and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., SHP, HACCP) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of local cultural nuances.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about coffee, food, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
