📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
