Tech Diamond Lestari is seeking a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of educational principles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by creating and delivering orientation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of educational principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
