Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance die preparation efficiency and quality.Conduct process validation and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians in die preparation processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in die preparation processes in the semiconductor industry.Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.Proven track record of process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as SEMI and ISO.🛠️ Keahlian
