📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally.
  • Manage guest records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a front desk receptionist role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
