Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational departments and teams.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage the company's budget, including forecasting, planning, and reporting.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Identify and mitigate operational risks and challenges.,Lead and mentor operational teams to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, best practices, and industry standards.,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
