📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects in Gianyar, Bali.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and maintain all construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.,Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the construction site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
