PT Surya Fajar Sentosa is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for efficiency and organization. This role is crucial to ensuring that our inventory is well-maintained and that our operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and receiving.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop warehouse staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
