📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Assist with cross-cultural training and communication using Mandarin, bridging gaps between international and local teams.
• Coordinate HR activities such as orientation programs, training sessions, and team-building events.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, implementing relevant strategies to improve HR operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
