As a Front Office Associate at Bamboo U, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued, contributing to our goal of creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Manage and update reservations using our in-house Property Management System (PMS).
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the front office.
• Promote and uphold the values and standards of Bamboo U.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or related roles in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
