📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance The Keranjang’s brand visibility and market reach.
• Organize and execute high-impact events in Bali, including conferences, workshops, and networking gatherings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver engaging event experiences that align with our brand values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and influencers in Bali.
• Manage event budgets and ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
• Leverage social media and digital marketing tools to promote events and engage our audience.
• Analyze event performance data to refine strategies and improve future initiatives.
• Represent The Keranjang at industry events and conferences to strengthen our presence in the market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience in event management, partnership development, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
• Deep understanding of the Bali business landscape and the ability to build strategic alliances in this market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
