📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to project teams on contract-related matters.
• Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for construction projects.
• Monitoring and enforcing contract terms, including timelines, deliverables, and financial obligations.
• Resolving contract disputes and litigations, if necessary.
• Ensuring all legal documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and provide expert advice.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in construction law and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction law.
• Professional certification in construction law, such as the Indonesian Construction Law Association (IACLA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction contracts, including the Indonesian Contractors Association (IAC) standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
